Service Providers and External Services

BayNerve is built to use the providers below. Some are core infrastructure and others process data only when configured or when a shop or user enables a related feature. Inclusion does not mean every provider is active for every workspace.

A provider can act as Gearbox Technologies LLC's service provider, the customer's independently connected service, or an external data source depending on the feature. Each provider's own terms and privacy practices also apply where relevant.

Vercel: application hosting, server execution, private object storage through Vercel Blob, and aggregated web analytics.

Neon: hosted PostgreSQL database infrastructure.

Stripe: BayNerve subscription billing and, when enabled by a shop, Stripe Connect account onboarding and customer payment processing.

OpenAI: user-invoked transcription, embeddings, search, and shop briefing features.

Anthropic: user-invoked structured voice-note and record-summary features.

Intuit QuickBooks: accounting connection and synchronization when a shop authorizes the integration.

Resend: transactional support, account-recovery, and account-security email delivery.

Google Workspace or Gmail and Microsoft 365 or Outlook: customer email delivery when a shop independently connects its mailbox.

Twilio: two-way customer text-message delivery when a shop independently connects and funds its Twilio account.

Upstash: rate-limiting infrastructure when configured.

Google reCAPTCHA: bot and abuse protection on authentication pages when configured.

Sentry: application error monitoring when configured.

GRBX: optional outbound service-record integration when configured.

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration services, including vPIC and recall data, can receive vehicle identification or vehicle details when a user requests vehicle decoding or recall information. These are external government data sources rather than BayNerve hosting providers.

Providers can change as features and infrastructure change. A material provider change that requires customer action will be communicated through reasonable available means. Customers can avoid feature-dependent processing by not enabling or invoking the applicable feature, subject to core service requirements.
